How do you ensure the piano arrives safely?
We use specialized white-glove piano movers who utilize custom padding, climate-controlled vehicles, and professional hoisting equipment to ensure your instrument arrives in pristine condition.
Do you offer financing options for high-end pianos?
Yes, we partner with several premium financial institutions to offer flexible monthly payment plans, including 0% APR options for qualified buyers on select grand and upright models.
What is your return policy for acoustic pianos?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with the tone or touch of your piano, you can exchange it for another model of equal or greater value, or return it for a refund minus shipping costs.
Are the pianos tuned before delivery?
Every piano undergoes a comprehensive multi-point inspection and professional tuning in our workshop prior to shipping. We also include one complimentary in-home tuning 4-6 weeks after delivery to allow the instrument to settle.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
New pianos come with a full manufacturer's warranty (typically 5-10 years), while our certified pre-owned instruments include an Apex Piano Showroom 5-year limited warranty covering parts and labor.
Can I visit the showroom to try a piano before buying?
Absolutely. We encourage private appointments at our showroom so you can experience the unique acoustics and action of our instruments. Please contact our concierge to schedule your visit.
