At Apex Piano Showroom, we want to ensure your musical journey begins with the perfect instrument. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a comprehensive 30-day return policy for all acoustic and digital pianos.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and discuss your specific concerns.

  Professional Inspection

  A certified piano technician will visit your home to inspect the instrument's condition and verify that it remains in showroom quality.

• 3.
  Scheduled Pickup

  Once approved, our specialized white-glove piano movers will arrive to professionally pack and transport the instrument back to our facility.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the instrument is received and undergoes a final quality check, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and transport fees.
